Non Combustible Reflective Insulation
In winter: because of its very low emissivity and high reflectivity,
Skytech stops the outside cold and reflects the heat of rooms
back inside : Reduce your Energy Consumption.
In summer: reflect solar radiation back outside to prevent overheating
of attic rooms : increase your house comfort and reduce
your air conditioning consumption.
Breathable Roof Underlayment
Skytech provides top level performances of a Roof Underlayment :
- protects from water, snow, dust and soot infiltration.
- reconduct infiltrated water to gutter.
- Eliminates condensation risk : protects roof structure.
- Prevent the upheaval of the roof elements under the wind effect
by
counterbalancing pressures.
- Protects your roof structure from wild fires as it is non combustible
Heat radiation resistance : 1,800°F
Direct contact with flame : 1,600°F
